About Bendigo

Bendigo Burritos are the brainchild of Chef Kevin Mooney, a graduate of the University of Illinois and of the Cook Street Culinary School of Denver. 

Chef Kevin also owns and operates Denver-based Brassica Catering. His more than 20 years of culinary experience includes having worked for the Palace Arms at the renowned Brown Palace Hotel, and at the award winning Little Nell in Aspen.

Kevin is a certified sommelier and lives in Aurora with his wife and two daughters.
